Stewart Kirkpatrick

Stewart has thirty five years experience working in IT and Finance in a range of senior managerial positions. Stewart holds a MSc in IT from the University of Liverpool, is a Prince2 Practitioner and a Microsoft Certified Professional.

Graham Foster

Graham has eighteen years’ full-stack development experience and specialises in C# server side applications and web technologies. Graham graduated in 2001 from Coventry University with a BSc in Electrical and Electronic Engineering.

Dave Kaydoo

Dave is a senior technical consultant with over fifteen years consulting experience. As a technical design architect Dave focuses primarily on messaging, collaboration and archiving based technologies. Dave holds a BSc (Hons) from Kingston University in Biochemistry and a range of Microsoft and Symantec professional qualifications.

Shan Foster

Shan is an experienced SQL DBA with in depth experience of monitoring and tuning databases and has strong knowledge of database design, sizing and architecture techniques, as well as optimisation and troubleshooting. She received her Bachelor of Science honours degree in Information and Data management from Coventry University in 2006.

Ann Kirkpatrick

As a qualified executive coach and a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD Ann provides executive training and guidance to the Thames Board. Ann holds a BSc (Hons) in Psychology from the Open University and is now in Year 6 of her Doctorate in Counselling Psychology and Psychotherapy.
